Lazarus Physical Therapy

Lauri Lazarus, P.T graduated from the University of Colorado Physical Therapy program in 1974 and has had her own private practice for 30 years. She specializes in dysfunctions of the head, face, jaw and neck. The conditions she works with include headaches, temporomandibular disorders, craniofacial reconstruction, oral/head/face/neck cancer rehabilitation and disorders of the neck.  Lauri is a team member of the Barrow Children’s Cleft & Craniofacial Center and Barrow Skull Base Team.  She is on the Medical Advisory Board of the Craniofacial Foundation of Arizona, a member of both the American & Arizona Physical Therapy Associations, a member of the American Cleft Palate - Craniofacial Association and was involved with the International College of Craniofacial & Vertebral Therapeutics as a Board Member & Past President.  She has been a guest instructor at A.T. Still University and Northern Arizona University.  She also has presented many educational programs for Physical Therapists, dentists and physicians locally and nationally.

The relationship between our physical environment and the stresses it can place on the human body has been of special interest to Lauri. She has worked as a consultant to businesses and incorporates ergonomic concepts to help patients establish their own healthy environment.

 Lauri treats children and adults. So far her youngest patient was 2 weeks old and her oldest 100 years young. Lazarus Physical Therapy began sharing office space with Fearon Physical Therapy in August 2000.
